Service level planning leading to job planning - August
NHS England’s Medical Job Planning Webinar Series aims to support the adoption of best practice and shared learning, to support consultants and SAS doctors in their working lives and improve service delivery.
The fourth and fifth webinar in our series will take place on 13 August and 9 September from 12-1pm and will be on ‘Service level planning leading to job planning’. These sessions will be identical to accommodate for leave during school holidays, however, if you are unable to join either session, they will both be recorded and shared on our Futures page here.
This session will be led by Jyothi Nippani, Medical Productivity Clinical Lead at NHS England. Jyothi will take us through the key elements of service level planning that leads to job planning, such as capacity and demand planning and team based job planning considerations. There will be an opportunity to ask questions which will be picked up by a panel after the presentation. Attendees will be left with practical steps to apply locally within their services. We hope you are able to join us!
This webinar series runs monthly and further sessions will be advertised shortly. Each webinar will be 45 minutes to an hour at lunch time, and we welcome all NHS staff involved in medical job planning. Please share the link with colleagues who might be interested in the series.
Further information and joining instructions will be sent to registered delegates 24 hours prior to the event.
