Sharing Best Practice: Focus on Firsts & Patient-Led Validation

We are pleased to invite you to the second instalment of the Best Practice Webinar Series supporting delivery of the Recovery Plan by showcasing approaches that improve Elective Care pathways. Building on the Focus on Firsts launch webinar (Focus on Firsts - Sharing Best Practice - Elective Operations and Delivery - Futures) which ran on the 8^th October, this session will focus on practical examples of how providers have taken action on the focus on firsts and approaches to Patient-Led Validation, highlighting practical examples of how organisations are engaging patients to improve pathway accuracy, reduce unnecessary waiting list entries, and support timely access to care. 

In November, the focus will shift to demonstrating good practice in Optimising Resource, Data Quality & Clock Management and Embedding Patient not Present (PNP)
