A North East and Yorkshire Experience of Care Lunch and Learn

This Lunch and Learn session, hosted by the Lived Experience Service at Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust (CNTW), will showcase how people with lived experience play a vital role in shaping and strengthening the organisation.

The session will introduce the Involvement Bank, outlining its purpose, how it works, and the opportunities it offers for meaningful involvement.

Attendees will also hear directly from people with lived experience, who will share how it feels to be involved in CNTW’S service design and delivery, as equal partners.  Giving insight into activities they have supported and the impact this has had on their own development and wellbeing, whilst also contributing to improved service provision, culture, and outcomes.
