South East Network Meeting

This network meeting will focus on mental health

• Provide opportunities to explore what is happening across the south east and where the opportunities are for development
• People attending will have access to tools & resources to help develop their own S117 PHB offer
• Familiarise people with the S117 self-assessment tool to identify what else they need to put in place locally
• Hear from & about other sites who are starting to develop their S117 offer
• Have the opportunity to share their own experiences.

Who this event is for

We would like network members to share the invitation and encourage colleagues to attend these special network events so that they can agree actions to help kick start their S117 work in their local area.  Examples of who to invite are:

• CCG
• MH commissioners
• Finance and contracting specialists
• Personalisation leads
• Local Authority
• Senior managers in MH, LD and Adult services
• People who manage the payment and monitoring of Personal Budgets
• Mental health provider trusts
• Clinical leads and managers
• Finance and contracting specialists
