South West Suicide Prevention and Self Harm Conference

NHS England and Public Health England would like to invite you to the South West Regional Suicide Prevention and Self Harm Conference, which will be held on Monday 3rd June 2019, at the Holiday Inn, Taunton. The conference will be a great opportunity to meet others working on the same agenda in the South West region and also to share learning.

The event will be looking at a range of topics, from national policy, transformational programmes around Suicide Prevention and Self Harm across the region and beyond, presentations  fromindividuals with lived experience as well as understanding the resources available in relation to training and awareness.

The conference will start promptly at 10am, with the formal presentations finishing at 3pm, there will be an opportunity for networking, both before and after the event, with refreshments and a market place available from 9am as well as after the close of the event until 5pm. Places are limited, however we would welcome attendance with representatives from Clinical Commissioning Groups, Local Authorities, Provider Organisations, Voluntary Sector Organisations as well as individuals with lived experience. There will be an allocation of up to 15 individuals per STP area.
