South West Ways of Working Workshop

These in-person** workshops aim to ensure every staff member in the SouthWest understands our South West Ways of 
Working. 

The workshops will socialise the Southwest Way behaviours and will be an opportunity for training in our five core skills. At the end of the day, all staff should understand our ways of working, cultural development and growth of the continuous improvement culture and how we intend to become a learning organisation.

The workshops will include training on the South West Way behaviours, including the South West Way five core skills:  

• Coaching
• Continuous Improvement
• Understanding Data
• Team of Teams
• Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion

Following these workshops, every member of staff*, existing and new, will have had an opportunity to hear about NHS England, the work we do in the South West, our key priorities, and our operating principles.

*All staff should attend one of the 6 identical workshops which will be scheduled between November 2023 and March 2024.
