Specialist Advice: managing workload and capacity in primary and secondary care
Please join us for the third webinar in a series of webinars hosted by the national Outpatient Recovery and Transformation Programme focussed on referral optimisation. The ‘Referral Optimisation: Making a Difference’ webinar series forms part of the broader Action on Outpatients activity.
This webinar will provide attendees with a greater understanding of how they can manage workload and capacity in primary and secondary care when implementing Specialist Advice services.
The session is for trust and system colleagues involved in implementing and delivering Specialist Advice services, including clinical leaders in primary and secondary care and outpatient transformation leads. Delegates will learn more about different models and tools available that can help manage workload and maintain delivery of quality Specialist Advice. You will hear from a range of expert speakers including from University Hospitals Plymouth and Nottinghamshire ICS who both have good practice to share.
We hope you can make it.
Please note, the webinar will take place on Microsoft Teams. The dial in details will be circulated to delegates the day before the event.
