This network meeting is an opportunity for ROs and Lead Appraiser to work together, sharing best practice, experience, policies and scenarios to improve the quality of revalidation and appraisal in the region.
We aim to encourage consistency of decision-making, approach and thresholds for intervention on the part of responsible officers and appraisers through discussion of real life scenarios and building ongoing peer to peer relationships amongst delegates.
Attendees will learn from each other as well as expert speakers such as General Medical Council, HEE, NCAS and NHS Improvement, who will present the most up to date guidance and thinking in the field.
