Supporting TCPs with the Community LD Forensic Offer

This event is targeted at commissioners, PMO’s and healthcare professionals involved in the development and implementation of community LD forensic services.

The event will provide an opportunity to:

• Consider the community support needs for this client group.
• Reflect on current workforce and care coordinator roles and how these might change in the future
• Study different forensic models from across the country
• consider need for liaison with particular external agencies.
• Provide an opportunity to undertake and review case studies
