The Fundamentals of PHBs: the core components explained

This event is aimed at three groups: staff in CCGs, CSUs, and VCSEs who work in the area of developing a local PHB offer or assist in the provision of PHBs.

This 3-hour training session is suitable for those relatively new to PHBs or who already have some knowledge but want to learn more. It covers the core elements of PHBs: who they are for, the rules and regulations that underpin them, and the various cohorts with “rights to have”, including future expansion.

Objectives:

• To learn about the 6 steps in a PHB process
• Understand the key elements that underpin PHBs
• Basic introduction to budget setting, governance, and personalised care & support planning
