Indicative Session Content
This training is being offered to support and enhance hands-on multi-agency practice in preparing young people with Learning Disability, Autism or both; for full, rich and meaningful lives in their own homes. It is hoped that by offering this opportunity; agencies, clinicians and professionals can understand how legal obligations and good practice work together to bring the best outcomes for young people.
It is anticipated that each participant will prepare for the training by looking at good practice models within their own localities; as well as ensuring that they have a clear awareness of areas for growth and change.
