The NHS-CIPS Academy Information Webinar

The NHS - CIPS Academy provides a holistic approach to increasing the number of NHS procurement staff with Level 6 qualification (MCIPS). Working in partnership the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply, the Academy offers different learning pathways to support individual learning needs and preference to ensure every member of our community is set up for success.  All routes are fully funded by the Centre of Excellence so please sign up to this webinar to see how it can support your career aspirations.

In this webinar, we will be exploring the work-based assessment pathway and management entry route specifically.

CIPS work-based pathway provides learners with a non-exam route to MCIPS whilst delivering proven return on investment for NHS organisations. Fully supported by CIPS Experts, this pathway enables learners to undertake their professional development in the way that suits them best, anytime and from anywhere. Study programmes consist of multiple modules, with an interactive workshop for each, followed by assignments based on live activities encountered in their day-to-day jobs.

The Management Entry Route is tailored for professionals who already have significant procurement experience but lack formal CIPS accreditation. This accelerated pathway is targeted at individuals who have been operating in very senior leadership roles in commercial and procurement functions for a period of time.
