The Safe Learning Environment Charter: does it work for you?

Universities and placement partners across London want to create a placement experience where you feel safe, supported, and confident to speak up.  NHS England developed the Safe Learning Environment Charter to do just this. The charter was based on feedback from midwifery staff and learners.  We need your feedback, to understand how this charter can be transferred to your profession’s learning environment. If you can, please join one of the focus groups. Your voice matters, and your feedback will help create a safer, more inclusive environment for you and all future learners and trainees.
