Using QI to support patient safety (AM)

This one-hour interactive session introduces graduates to the essential principles of Quality Improvement (QI) and how they can be applied to enhance clinical and patient safety. You will be able to explore simple but powerful QI tools, understand how data and systems thinking contribute to safer care, and hear real examples of how QI has made a difference. This session is about building safer care from the ground up — using data, process awareness, and simple improvement tools to prevent harm before it happens.
