Virtual Academy of Large Scale Change: Networks, Impact and Knowledge Curation Masterclass

This interactive and highly practical one day masterclass, is designed for participant’s that have  attended  the  2 day Systems Leadership and Large Scale Change masterclass  and  have a particular role,  interest in and need to – develop their knowledge and  skills, in one or more of the following areas to support the success, scale and sustainability of their large scale change programme :

• Knowledge and Learning
• Networks and collaborations
• Impact and evaluation

The day will provide an introduction to the tools, model and concepts underpinning each of key areas , together with the opportunity to take part in two out of three afternoon  workshops, to receive coaching and guidance on how to apply the theory into practice. 

Participants should give thought and come prepared to apply their insights and learning from the 2 day event, together with the tools methods and models in this masterclass to a “live issue”
