• Learn, share and practically apply Large Scale Change and Systems Leadership principles and best practice.
• Create a positive shift in our collective ability to lead complex change initiatives

By the end of the masterclass, participants will have learned and used tools to:

• Self-assess against the ten large scale change principles and identify those on which to focus initial attention;
• Assess their LSC initiative in terms of pervasiveness, depth and size;
• Diagnose current leadership styles present in their system and identify those required to lead complex, large scale change effectively;
• Develop strategies for practising and embedding systems leadership principles and behaviours in their leadership style.
• Identify key stakeholders and analyse stakeholder motivations;
• Start framing narratives to connect with different stakeholder perspectives;
• Develop 30, 60, 90 day activities and commit to take action to progress transformation challenges.
