Webinar: Using additional PCN roles creatively to work with communities

Bill Graham from AWC Modality and Ryan Alderton , Health Coach from It’s Worth Talking About  will share with us their approach to recruiting creatively to the Social Prescribing and Health Coach roles in their PCN which includes seconding VCSE staff into the PCN to work with their communities, including training as advocates for vaccination and support for high users of GP services.
