Webinar: setting up a virtual hub for online consultations
All booking fees included.
Hosted by Dr Minal Bakhai (Clinical Lead for Digital First Primary Care and Online Consultations) and Louise Croney (Senior Programme Lead for Online Consultations), this webinar is designed to provide practical guidance on how to set up and manage a virtual hub for online consultations in primary care. Aimed at all general practice and commissioning staff, we will cover the necessary steps needed to create a central processing model for online consultations that can operate at scale.
Topics will include:
- Why choose a virtual hub?
- What do you need to consider when setting one up?
- What have we learnt so far?
We will also be joined by colleagues from an eHub who will share their experience setting up a virtual hub and provide practical tips and advice based on first-hand experience. There will be an opportunity to ask questions and share experiences at the end of the webinar.
This is part of a series of webinars provided by Digital First Primary Care to support the launch of the new online consultations implementation toolkit, aimed at helping GP practices, clinicians, commissioners and primary care networks to successfully adopt online consultations. Covering topics such as engaging patients, redesigning your workflow, safety and overcoming challenges, the toolkit aims to help practices new to online consultations, or those with existing systems, to integrate them into a comprehensive and inclusive primary care offering.
If you would like to submit a question ahead of time to be discussed during the webinar then please submit your question, along with the date of the webinar, to email@example.com
Please note: joining instructions will be sent the morning of the webinar
