Workforce Redesign - helping teams develop sustainable roles

This newly developed offer is based on a workforce methodology with tools and QI techniques to help teams design, plan and implement sustainable roles based on local priorities.  This workshop uses a range of tools to help teams take practical steps in building and developing their workforce.

Aim: Support the design and delivery of new ways of working in general practice to improve care for patients, productivity and efficiency of the system.

Objective – Undertake a series of practical design steps building a job description/profile with supporting engagement and implementation plans
