Working with health inclusion groups in primary care: What to consider

The event will focus on how to engage with marginalised communities/inclusion health groups, particularly in primary care settings, and will be a great forum for sharing ideas. We anticipate you being able to:

• Engage with our Inclusion Health tool, which can help you to structure your engagement in this area
