Workforce Redesign Modular series
Three sessions based on a workforce approach with tools and quality improvement techniques to help teams design, plan and implement sustainable roles based on local priorities. The sessions use a range of tools to help teams take practical steps in building and developing their workforce.
The sessions aim to support the design and delivery of new ways of working in general practice to improve care and access for patients. This will be done through a series of practical design steps building a job core purpose with supporting engagement and implementation plans.
To get the most from the sessions participants should:
- bring a live workforce priority you are currently working e.g., introducing a new role, or redesigning some of your current roles to improve how we meet patient’s needs and local priorities
- attend all sessions in order as the tools and approaches build across all three sessions.
The modular sessions are for GPs and Practice Managers, as well as representatives of other disciplines involved in new roles / redesign.
