Every interaction and touch point with the healthcare system has an impact on an individual’s experience. Every role and every colleague has a part to play in creating a positive experience of care for all.
This year the NHS Experience and Partnerships team are hosting a week of webinars around the theme ‘Building the Foundations of Experience’; designed to share best practice, and provide opportunities for services to network and link, upscaling work and sharing lessons learned to impact experience of care.
