Social Prescribing National Webinar Series

Run fortnightly, on a Wednesday between 1:30-2:30, for social prescribing link workers, focusing on Link worker Training andDevelopment, now includes, a monthly Social PrescribingInnovation in Action, showcasing and spotlighting best practice happening in each of the regions, for a wider national audience of; PCN teams, commissioners, ICS workforce and transformation leads and other’s working in either place-based, or integrated care system roles, as well as link workers, to support the reset and development of delivery models, informing innovation as the sector moves into the ‘next normal’.

Topics and themes, for the national link worker training and development series reflect, specific areas of interest for link workers, include key note speakers and best practice examples of social prescribing and link worker practice in action.

Whilst, the innovation in action series, targets a wider audience through a mixture of presentations and diverse case studies.  Participants will benefit from learning more about the scale and spread of new developments within regions and ways of working, different approaches in a range of settings, alongside practical and applicable tools to inform local working.
