Supporting you through change in Transformation Directorate

As we continue to create the new NHS England and consult with colleagues in the Transformation Directorate, we want to ensure that you are getting the support you need. In addition to the NHSE Change Programme support package of wellbeing products, upskilling and generic support we are aiming to offer a range of practical sessions for colleagues in the Transformation Directorate.

You will shortly be able to register for deep dive sessions on a range of topics including: check and challenge; selection and assessment; and redundancy – please check back on this page following the close of consutlation.  Should there be high demand we will look to provide additional opportunities to join.
