Transformation Directorate Vision Workshops

We are setting up a series of 90 minute interactive workshops over the next three weeks so that everyone in the Transformation Directorate can contribute as we create our vision. Our vision will be a statement of what we want the Transformation Directorate to become and the role we want it to play in the future.

The workshops are open to everyone in our directorate. Whatever role you have or level you work at, we would like you to help create a picture of the future that is based on what matters to us all.

Each workshop will cover the same topics. Please only book one workshop.

We will fill the workshops on a first come, first served basis. If the workshop on your preferred date is full, please choose another date. We will make sure that everyone who wants to take part in the workshops gets a space. If these workshops fill up, we will run some more.

The sessions will be interactive and engaging so you will get the opportunity to collaborate with other people from across the directorate in the session.

After you have registered for the workshop, we will send you a confirmation and a meeting link. We will also send you a pre-reading pack so you can make your best possible contribution at the workshop
