Maternal Care Bundle - Launch Webinar

National webinars for the Maternal Care Bundle

Dear Colleagues,

Donald Peebles, National Clinical Director for Maternity, and Kate Brintworth, Chief Midwifery Officer for England, invite you to a launch webinar for The Maternal Care Bundle on 10 February 2026.

As you may be aware, NHS England has been working with national stakeholders, frontline clinicians and service users on a Maternal Care Bundle. The bundle is planned for publication in coming weeks and will establish a baseline of best practice to reduce maternal mortality and morbidity, with 5 elements covering key clinical areas.

This webinar will give an overview of the maternal care bundle and how it has been developed. There will be an opportunity for Q&A following the presentations.

In addition to the launch webinar, NHS England will be hosting element specific webinars chaired by the element leads. Please register for these using the following links:
