Excellence in Service Management Programme - Phase II

We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join Phase II of our Excellence in Service Management Programme.

Phase II will do this thought the delivery of a programme focusing on effective unplanned service models, efficient patient flow and optimising resource allocation across the unplanned system. Phase II aims to build on our previous learnings while moving the focus on the flow of patient from the total care pathway – including pre-admission to post-discharge.

The training will provide a series of 8 informative live virtual sessions that focus on the core fundamentals of delivering effective urgent and emergency will run for 90 minutes.

Webinars will be delivered in partnership with the Emergency Care Improvement Support Team, utilising the current programme offering, to support colleagues wishing to develop these skills further.

The training will provide opportunities for connection, networking, and learning from peer colleagues, as well as updates on strategic direction and innovation in operational delivery.

All of this will take place in a protected, facilitated environment, enabling colleagues to plan and implement deliverable improvements upon their return to their services.

The sessions are scheduled to run from 30 April to the 14 of August 2025.
