Carers Week is an annual awareness campaign led by Carers UK to recognise the vital contribution made by the estimated 5.8 million unpaid carers across England. This year the NHSE Experience and Partnerships team are hosting a week of webinars around the theme `Building Carer Friendly Communities`., we’ll be highlighting the impact carer friendly communities can have in making a real and lasting difference to the lives of carers everywhere.

Carer friendly communities are places, spaces, services and community groups where unpaid carers are recognised, understood, and valued. They make support part of everyday life ensuring carers get the opportunities and help they need.

The webinars are designed to share best practice, and provide opportunities for services to network and link, upscale work and share lessons learned.

We are delighted to be joined by a number of guest speakers throughout the week, so please join us as we shine a light on the fantastic work happening across our providers, systems and regions to support unpaid carers. Click the links below to register and guarantee your space now.
